SHIPPING

PlayUlty.Com can ship to virtually any address in the world. We have distribution warehouses in both the USA and Canada. As this is the case, your product will be shipped from the best, quickest and most convenient location.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return items (including gifts) within 10 days of delivery of your shipment for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Items must be unopened and in brand new condition.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 10 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at PlayUlty.Com. We cannot exchange items.

After packing your return, please send it back to us via the mail courier used to originally deliver your package. We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

PlayUlty.Com can replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

RETURNING A GIFT

If you want to return an item that was given to you as a gift, please contact us. When returning a gift, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.

PROMOTIONAL CODE OR CERTIFICATE

If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code and the code has not expired, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, and will be available to use the next time you place an order at PlayUlty.Com. Please note, however, that the original expiration date still applies.

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

PlayUlty.Com shall not be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping information.  If an order is returned to us for either of these reasons, the shipping charges must be paid again if the order is to be reshipped.  If the customer chooses to cancel the order, it must be done within 30 days of the original order date.  In this case, a refund of the total amount minus shipping costs will be issued to the customer.

LOST PACKING SLIP

If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the packing slip, please contact us.

LOST AND DELINQUENT ORDERS

PlayUlty.Com shall not be held liable for orders lost in transit. We offer a variety of shipping methods, some of which provide tracking numbers and others that do not. In the case where your order is lost we will do our best to locate it, but make no guarantees that it can/will be found. According to our carrier's policy, an order must be delinquent by 60 days before an official inquiry case can be lodged. Once 60 days has passed, we will lodge a request with the carrier and await the results. Regardless of the results, however, we will do our best to rectify the situation, which might sometimes include reshipping your order at our expense or refunding your money (minus processing fees).
